Your privacy is very important to us. At ConversionAlert we have a few fundamental principles that we follow:

Website Visitors

ConversionAlert also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on our blogs. ConversionAlert only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that blog commenter IP addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to ConversionAlert’s websites choose to interact with ConversionAlert in ways that require ConversionAlert to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that ConversionAlert gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who comment on our blog to provide a username and email address. Those who wish to receive ConversionAlert updates via email, we collect their emails. For example, when you to sign up for an account, we ask for personal information, like your name, email address, telephone number or credit card to store with your account. ConversionAlert may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, ConversionAlert may monitor the most popular pages on the site or use spam screened by the Akismet service to help identify spam. ConversionAlert may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, ConversionAlert does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Information We Share

ConversionAlert discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on ConversionAlert’s behalf or to provide services available at Retyp’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Retyp’s websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.

ConversionAlert will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone.

Ads appearing on any of our websites may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. Comments and other content submitted to Akismet anti-spam service are saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.

When this Privacy Policy Applies

Our Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by ConversionAlert and its affiliates, including services ConversionAlert provides on mobile devices, and services offered on other sites, but excludes services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including other sites linked to our services. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations who advertise our services, and who may use cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies to serve and offer relevant ads.

Compliance and cooperation with regulatory authorities

We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. We also adhere to several self-regulatory frameworks. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, ConversionAlert may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in ConversionAlert’s sole discretion. ConversionAlert encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
